Have you ever watched a butterfly as it flutters over a bed of flowers? Sometimes a butterfly's wings are flapping wildly. It is expending a lot of energy. And then other times, it almost seems like it is suspended in air - Its wings just barely moving. It is during this moment that the butterfly is at its food source. It senses nutrients - and will stop to take in what it needs to replenish energy. Like a busy butterfly, a parent spends a lot of energy, working, raising kids, maintaining a marriage, doing errands, running a home.

When we aren't feeling well, most of us will go to the doctor's office. We'll report our symptoms in order to get medicine to help us recover quickly. During the cold and flu season, many folks are down with a variety of symptoms and there are specific medicines for any and all of them. Knowing the right ones to take that will work can be a tough call! If you are in a second marriage - for you or your spouse -- it's very likely that when you married you created a stepfamily. And you may be realizing that the health of your stepfamily isn't so good.
