can't believe it's so late in the summer. In fact, It's almost over! School just seems to start sooner than ever. I know all you kids will "AMEN" that. Yep. It is almost time for a new school year to begin. It seems that getting ready for school is always an exciting time for families.

Summer is here! Parents often are concerned about helping kids not forget school - while you are busy trying to "forget school". Summer is for fun and relaxing and family time. Right? Well sure, but one thing is for certain, school will begin again and all parents want their kids to be ready when it does.

Q. I heard about a research study that found that firstborn children are smarter than their siblings. My oldest child is very bright and has an amazing vocabulary, but I have three children and I want ALL of my kids to have equal opportunities to learn as they grow. What can I do so that my middle and youngest children will be just as smart as my oldest?
